Re: Astra Ultimate Ambient Lighting
You should have lighting under the footwell & door pockets. These stay a solid white and the colour cannot be changed. There is a LED strip on the Silver trim, this is what the colour changes. Mine is currently not working, randomly stopped after getting a recall for a Camera issue, and they hav...

Re: Pack Updates
Not sure about any packs, I only know of the 3 models.
To get a heated windscreen, you need to have the Ultimate model. For the other three features (ventilated+massage front seats and heated rear seats), these come with the Nappa leather seats - no other way of getting it.

Re: Dashboard rattle
Yeah I've got a little rattle on the driver door panel, or possibily somewhere near that area. Not horrendous so I've never really bothered getting it looked into.

See pics please, would be very grateful.

Re: Car software recall delay.
Update: Back on the wagon from Germany after recall apparently this was due to the entertainment upgrades and cameras. Should be with me next week? I don't have the PHEV model, but I got my Ultimate edition in August 2022. My rear camera was faulty (not sealed properly so water got in) and I got th...

Re: Forward Collision Alert
In mine, it's a little sensitive if you've overtaken quite close or followed one too closely, but it only shows up on the head up display or dash as a warning saying something like "Close detection", then it'll show "BRAKE!!!" in red if it wants you to break. I've had it do this ...

Re: Alarm system
As far as I'm aware, and I've only tested part of it: - Walking away from the car (e.g. using keyless lock), does not trigger the alarm. I tested this myself and it does not trigger. - You can either tap the lock part on the key then tap it again right away to set the alarm, or you can hold the door...

Re: Deal Pedal (Foot rest) for Automatic models
Yeah I thought the same, not sure why it's not on the Vauxhall versions or even if it was removed on the Opels too? To be fair to Vauxhall I don't believe it was ever on the spec sheet to show it, only the pedals
