I waited a year and a half for this, which three months on is great and returning 65mpg on a run (at 70mph).

Astra hatchback Ultimate, 1.5 litres of pure diesel power! :lol:

So far the best fuel consumption achieved (on a 100 mile run on the A1 at 70mph) was 65.7mpg.

Wondered what people was getting for the mpg for the 1.5 thanks for sharing
I’m new to forum and I’ve got a 1.5 picked her up last Tuesday :)

Very nice. That's great economy - what has your average since you got it been? I've 8k miles on mine and the average has been 47mpg. I've done runs in the mid to late 50's but maybe I'm to heavy footed for more!! Mine is the estate so maybe a touch heavier.
