Any ideas why my 2023 Astra model L says this
No online connection
No hey Vauxhall
So no
Live traffic information
it was working
No online connection or hey Vauxhall
My Sat Nav has not worked properly since an update months ago - no live traffic or speed camera alerts & Hey Vauxhall comes up as error. All of which worked previously.
Booked in twice with dealer and they said no faults came up on diagnostics ( although they agreed not working correctly) Referred me to Vauxhall who were useless as usual sending me a link which did not solve anything.
Just given up ever sorting it out and use Apple Car Play ,
I have a 2023 PHEV and had lots of problems - just got it back after having reversing camera replaced !
