CarPlay Right Hand drive setting?

Hi,
Has anyone been able to change the CarPlay settings from Left hand drive to right?
The vertical menu buttons are on the left, and the roundabout info on the HUD is the wrong way round.
The setting is usually in the head unit rather than CarPlay, but I can’t find it.
Has anyone been able to change this?

I looked into this and currently (if ever) it is not available. To add insult to injury, I was given a New Corsa with the Purepanel system when the Astra was being services and the Carplay was on the right!
