Heating Stuck on High

I experienced the first fault with my Astra this week. I said 'Hey Vauxhall - set temperature to 19 degrees'. The system must have thought I said 90 degrees because it switched to Hi setting and pumped very hot air. When I tried to correct the temperature using voice control, touch screen and buttons, even turning the fans off, nothing changed. After about 10 minutes of baking, I pulled into the services, turned everything off and walked away. On the next start up, the temperature and fan control returned to normal and I was able to resume. Not sure why this happened, but at least there was a simple fix and I will avoid the high setting for now.
